Are commissions open ?

My waitlist is open, but the order is not officially in progress until I send you a message about it. (For payment etc.) I do not accept all orders to avoid overflow. If I refuse your order, please do not take it personally !
Can I be added to your waiting list? Where is the waiting list?

The waiting list can be found here : https://trello.com/b/Ge1dp6lo/waiting-list Acceptance is not automatic you must complete an attached form regarding your request.
What won't you draw ?

Will NOT (can be change) ○ Mechas ○ Fetish ○ Furries ○ Background without a character ○ Full/complex armor characters (for now) ○ Real life drawings -> I can use your real life references but I keep my art style.
How many orders can I place?

I will only accept one order type per person at this time. (A drawing can contain several characters)
How many characters can I order in one illustration ?

For the moment the maximum number of characters on the same illustration is three.
When should I pay you?

I will email you once I'm ready to work on it, that means you don't need to pay when you claim the commission. The discord server is there to facilitate the speed of contact, so it is optimal but not mandatory. If I don't have to respond in 5 days, the priority will be the next person. But then it'll be yours again, like the doctor's.
Can I pay for the merchandise selling copyright if I decide to sell it later?

Yes ! You can commission the drawing as a regular commission and pay for the rights when you decide to sell as merchandise.
I saw my commission marked as started, can I pay for it ?"

Actually, yes. Usually I wait to be 100% sure I can start working on it, but if you don't mind waiting up to 2 weeks until I can actually tackle it, then yes, feel free to email me so I can invoice you.
Can I cancel or pause my order?

1. Yes, if you have an unexpected, hospital fees or something in your private life that prevents you from paying this month or more -if the drawing has already started-, I can put your order on hold while you solve your problem. 2. Yes you can cancel your order at any stage of the process but you will not be refunded what has been paid beforehand. (There is no refunds in general unless I'm mistaken with the bills.)
What counts as commercial use?

There are four price tiers: 1x price, not for commercial use (using as avatar in non-profitable sites is fine!) 1.5x price, you can use in monetized platforms such as TwitchTV and YouTube, please remember to credit me (i.e.: art by Nelkah-Kaylina ) 2x price, you can use in monetized platforms and sell merchandise of it, this pricing is for small business only. 3x price, this is for big business or expected high selling products.What is not commercial? Using it as icon/avatar in non-profit sites (such as personal blogs, DeviantArt, Instagram, twitter, etc.), wallpaper, and printing to yourself (do not selling prints).
Does the fee applies for emotes too?

They are priced in a way it's ok to use on twitch/YT, but I will not lower the price for private usage (like on Discord).
Does a little animal with our character count as a second 'body'?

Depends how much detailed it is, but usually will count as halfbody, or bust if it's a small one.
I saw one of your art with a very cool BG, how much it adds to the price?"

Backgrounds are calculated based on complexity, a detailed one can be minimum $200 for a bust/halfbody, and $400 for a fullbody.
